Rates and availability
You can check our rates and availability and make a booking via our online booking system.

Check-in: from 3 pm
Check-out: before 11 am
Late check-out can be offered on request only and until 2pm for an extra €50. Check out later than 2pm wil result of the cost of an extra night.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a room, you automatically accept our cancellation policy.
The applied amounts and percentages are to be paid by the guest. Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.
Conditions for individual booking
A cancellation
In less than 7 days before the date of arrival: 30%
In less than 72h before the date of arrival: 100%
To avoid discussion; If you would like to cancel for tonight, you should have cancelled three days ago before the earliest check-in time (3 pm) to avoid any additional costs.
A non-refundable booking is never refundable: 100%
Conditions for groups (>2 rooms)
Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%
Between 21 and 8 Days before arrival: 50%
More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25,00 EUR
Smoking
We run a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking inside the building will result in a €250 fine.
Accessibility
All floors are accessible by stairs however since we are located in an old building we regret to inform you that we are not accessible for wheel chair users. There are 2 big door steps on the main entrance and due to the design of the hotel rooms not all bathrooms and toilets are accessible.
Pets
As much as we love pets we have decided no pets will be allowed. Unfortunately you have to leave yours at home.
Number of guests
All our rooms are designed for 2 persons. We do not allow more than 2 in any room.
Extra baby bed
We offer (only in the Suite with City view) an extra bed ((b x h x d) 75 x 120 x 60 cm) for your baby (0-12 months) costs 15 EUR. Extra sheets included.
Camera surveillance
Edgar Guesthouse uses camera surveillance. Camera surveillance is deemed to be particularly sensitive from a privacy perspective and it is of great importance that all camera surveillance take place in accordance with the relevant legislation in effect from time to time.
The camera images are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest to secure and protect our hotel and our guests. Entering an area where a pictogram indicates that camera surveillance is taking place is considered to be prior consent under Belgian camera legislation.
The camera images are processed in accordance with the camera legislation. The Guesthouse has indicated the camera surveillance by means of a pictogram, it has notified the cameras to the competent authority and it has included information in a specific record.
